I saw in my purchase history, I have bought this over 20 times so I figured I’d review it. This is by far my favorite preworkout and blows out pre’s I’ve taken in higher price points. I take 2 scoops before the gym and I get the best pumps and performance. It is cheap, effective, and my go-to. I am a stim-junkie and this doesn’t make me crash after workouts. I have only ran into 1 tub that was clumped up during shipping from a poor seal, but out of the 20+ tubs I’ve bought I’d say that’s great odds. It tastes good too and mixes well, so that’s a plus

I took this for 3 days in a row in the morning. I noticed a weird feeling as I started with 2 scoops which is not recommended at the start. It recommends 2 scoops for larger individuals or experienced ones which both I am not but I started with 2 for personal review purposes to see my threshold. I am 160lbs 6ft M Skin had dry/tingle feeling from head to legs. Like when you get a leg that falls asleep it is akin to pins and needles but not painful just a sight discomfort. I did 2 scoops D1, 1.5 scoop D2, 2 scoop D3 Day 2 I reduced the amount to see if it was the powder. Answer is yes, the tingles were there but much less noticeable. Day 3 retested at 2 scoops and the tingle was back to similar levels from day 1. Caffeine - Good levels of caffeine for 1 scoop at 167.5mg. There is two formulations of caffeine one is extended release to last even for roughly 4-6hours (avg person but caffeine varies heavily outside or avgs), the other is delayed release to give a larger pep feeling once you start working out. Max recommended caffeine per use is 200mg as past that is major diminishing return and increasing side effects. When taking 2 scoops it is 335mg of caffeine. I did not chug and I drink slowly over a few hours, no jitter or heart palpitations for me but this is a HIGH amount of caffeine and I would deem this UNSAFE for most if not all individuals so please be very careful and stay hydrated. Exercise energy - I did notice some extra physical emergy atop the caffeine energy, it was not major for me but noticeable and rewarding. Creatine - Creatine is a healthy amount and as a novice researcher I would say this is well dosed. Tingles - I do believe the tingles are not caffeine or creatine related as I regularly have both outside of this formulation at between 1-2scoop amounts. There are only a few ingredients but I didnt bother researching which could be causing the feeling. It is likely benign and nothing to worry about but would keep it in mind and pay attention to your own body before or after purchasing. Overall this is a recommend :)

This is the best pre-workout I've tried them all...I get the most energy from this product...highly recommend 👌 has creatine also great product

I tried a few different pre workouts and this is definitely one of my favorites! The flavor is amazing and I don’t get the tingly feeling that a lot of other products did before my workout.

This product definitely works and it works great, but the biggest downside is the taste and dissolvability. You still get little grains of creatine in your drink and the taste isn’t really the greatest either. It reminds me of powder medicine I used to take as a kid, yes, it tastes like blue raspberry, but thats only for a second before the most potent medicine taste hits you. Great for the price.
