I loved the unique design, functionality of all the pieces, and the price. They are even better than I had hoped they would be! We use them about 10 times a year, when we actually have guests over (read: mommy with young boys). I purchased them more than 3 years ago and they still look like new! They are clean and polished, no spots, stains, or rust. I've hand washed them and run them through the dishwasher; they hold up perfectly through both (I use natural detergent...not sure if that makes a difference). I have to admit that I enjoy the compliments we receive about them and the shock from people when I tell them I bought them from desertcart...at MUCH less than they assumed. Oh, and my huband's eating his words now and says you should let your spouses buy these, too. :) Review: Not a favorite - They work with the dinner place servings. The sugar spoon is very appealing. None of the pieces in this design has any curve to the handles and as such, they are uncomfortable to work with. I wouldn't recommend the set overall...attractive, but not very good for practical everyday use.

Happiness is finally owning this beautiful cutlery.
Had my heart set on the Twist set for many, many years, but it's really hard to get GS in the United Kingdom, so I'm really thrilled to have finally got these on Amazon US and have them shipped to me. Besides being stunningly unusual and creating quite a talking point when guests come for dinner, this cutlery/flatware is really great quality and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The Taos Twist substitution!
I had looked at the Taos Twist line of flatware and it was so expensive and this is the perfect substitution! When my table is set in our Guest house this make it all an "eye popper"!
