a natural calcium that doesn't have the negative effects of regular calcium
A friend told us her husband taking regular calcium had it staying in his blood and causing problems. This natural kind avoids that, so now we're taking it instead.

Not safe
I don't think this product is safe after reading medical recos which state that D3 consumption > 50 mcg which is 2000 IU should be monitored. Even if you break 1 tablet in half you would still be consuming 300mcg which is = 12000 IU. Studies show too much D3 can have serious adverse health affects and including weakening your bones.
