Great little pan!
Great pan, nothing sticks! I'm vegan and I make chickpea flour rolled"eggs" and chickpea flour omelet which normally requires a bit more oil than I like. This pan needs almost no oil. Great little pan!

Money wasted
I only use it to cook egg for a few times. Not only it sticks, also this black color came out from the pan (i didn’t burn it..)

Good construction works well, easy to put together.

Surface flakes off after only a few weeks
The surface coating comes off after a few weeks. I purchased this at the end of Feb and another at the end of June and only 6 weeks later the surface coating is coming off on the second pan. I thought the first one was maybe my mistake, but I have only used this to make eggs with silicone spatulas and hand washed daily with a soft plastic bottle brush.
