Hair tangles a lot. Needs manual removal of hair after every run. Had to buy additional rubber only roller for better untanglement. Mapping and walls adding to app is not easy. Else all is good.

It works very well with the robot vacuum cleaner. It cleans the floor without damaging it, leaves no residue or marks, and leaves a soft, pleasant scent. It lasts a long time and doesn't cause any problems for the device. A very good product; I would definitely buy it again.

This cleaning solution seems expensive but l have researched other makes and almost all require 10 times more solution to the amount of water. They also have warnings about hazards to aquatic life which this one does not. I find it does a good job if used regularly. Mine cleans in the very early morning and by the time l come downstairs there is no lingering scent at all. Perhaps this is a disadvantage for some but l prefer no smell to a scent that is unpleasant.
