Pure Encapsulations Methylcobalamin 1,000 mcg, 60 Capsules

I like the Pure Encapsulations Methylcobalamin 1,000 mcg - Vitamin B12 Supplements because the capsule is small and easy to swallow. I purchased it to replace the cyanocobalamin version because I read that your body can use methylcobalamin better. It is a little more expensive, but I think it is working better. I haven't noticed any side effects, bad taste or smell and haven't had any indigestion or stomach ache from it. Pure Encapsulations seems to have quality products, I have used other supplements they make and haven't had any problems. I will purchase this product again.

My absolute favorite vitamin band. They're well tolerated and don't make me sick to my stomach. Good quality. I wouldn't skimp and buy cheap vitamins when this brand is available

Excellent product

I bought these and iron packs as my doctor told me I was low on both. Would explain why I was always tired. These definitely work. I have so much more energy again!
