What is the caffeine amount?

If energy is related to caffeine (I don't know that it is), the one I purchased here on Amazon has slightly more kilojoules (150 vs. 140 kj) and calories (36 vs. 34) per serving (one sachet). The 'soluble coffee' for both is 18%. The cappuccino I prefer and expected to receive (and which only appears to be available directly from Australia) has fewer carbs, less fat, and a little more protein. A major difference is that the one I prefer has 45% Australian ingredients vs. 10% Australian ingredients in this one. The taste is completely different.

Is there a lot of foam?

There is some foam. Not as much as when you buy cappuccino at a specialty shop, but still nice looking and tasty.
