Llegó sin el sello de seguridad
Me gustó mucho, era el grosor que necesitaba mi largo de cabello... Aunque me llegó sin el sello de seguridad el producto, espero que me sea muy útil y tenga larga vida!

Me llegó abierto y sucio
Me imagino que el producto cumple sus funciones pero esta ocasión me llego en las peores condiciones, pegajoso, sucio y en la parte del metal manchado

HAIR KILLER
Where should I start? First the clamp started to stick about a month after using it. I have to maneuver it a certain way to actually clamp down on my hair. Then it completely fried my hair. I actually had a burnt smell to my hair for a few days. I thought the heat was too high and it was operator error. I lowered the heat to the lowest setting and my hair has continually gotten more damaged, but not as bad as the fried part in front. I’ll also add I always use heat protectant and this still happened. I don’t feel like it heats evenly and overall it’s poorly made. I’ve always used this brand and have ever had a problem. I’m not sure if I got some sort of knockoff or if the quality as a whole has just gone downhill. I also was trying to research what type of barrel this is and it’s not ceramic or tourmaline, it’s just some basic metal that isn’t good for your hair. I’m shopping for a new curing iron and will only get ceramic salt this point. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want your hair to stay as healthy and soft as possible while using a heat product. Or if you want to add some frizzy course hair into your life, go for it
