I follow the instructions and is not working at all

On first use steamer got overly hot and switched to blend and black smoke started coming out and no warranty because it’s an American product?! Waste of money shouldn’t be sold overseas if it can’t be used or sent back

This product should be taken off UK Amazon. It cannot be used in our country. I had to buy a US plug adapter to use it, I’m also assuming the wattage in our country is too high for this product as when I tried to steam it, it started going crazy and steamed within 2 minutes on a 10 minute setting (the food was still raw), I switched to blend and it sparked up and started to smoke. This is so dangerous. I’ve clearly bought this item to use for my child, who is in the house- I could have set the place on fire with this! If you live in the UK don’t buy it and get a different one, the fact that the item is so expensive makes it even worse. I did return it and was able to get a refund.

I absolutely love the NutriBullet Baby Steam + Blend. It has made preparing homemade baby food so much easier and faster. Es justo lo que necesitaba, excelente calidad

I really wanted to like it, the idea of it is very practical, BUT i used it for just ONE TIME, steam & blend, and then i smelt burning plastic and i saw black dust around the machine, and after letting it cool for 2 hrs, i tried to blend the food again to get a smooth purée, however the machine did not work, it was on and it beeped whenever i choice a function, i checked everything the work lid the water but still did not work, tried to see if the steam function was working, nothing and I returned it on the same day hopefully they fix whatever was the problem with the machine

Me lo mandaron con enchufe americano y lo pedí desde España por lo que tuve que comprar un adaptador, después de comprarlo, resulta que no funciona bien pues no cierra del todo y empezó a echar humo, una decepción ya que tenía ilusión de tener la nutribullet steam y desde Amazon me dicen que no hay más de ese tipo en Europa . En fin…

Me facilito demaciado la vida dos en uno muy practico ya tengo mucho que lo compre y funciona bien se a maltratado un poco por el uso pero funciona bien trae automático y aparte para el vapor y triturar por separado y si no está bien ajustado no permite ninguna acción de verda lo recomiendo y si ayuda mucho
