Good book for beginners.
The recipes mentioned here are very easily available and I think this is a good book for people who have just started learning about Ayurvedic lifestyle and want to include Ayurveda in their daily diet. The book has a lot of bonus points , like the chart to determine your constitution, how the food lying in front of you have amazing health + healing benefits you were unaware of and many more.

Ayurveda diet simplified
The book was a good read. It was simple and easy to understand especially for readers like me who are new to the field of Ayurveda. Gave a good insight into what roles different types of fruits, vegetables and herbs play in our bodies. Would have liked more information on food combining and a template of a typical Ayurvedic diet. There is a sample meal plan mentioned in the book but it is touched upon very superficially. Will definitely recommend this book

Certains ingédients introuvables/Difficulty finding certain ingredients
It has been a while since I've bought this book, but I haven't been able to use it often because there are ingredients that seem essential and often appear in the recipes, but are unobtainable even at the Asian specialty stores like ajwan, hing and curry leaves. There's a small introduction to the world of Ayurveda at the beginning of the text ; the chapter on food combining is very basic. The two recipes that I've tried (samosas, mung dal kitchari) are very wholesome.

Excellent book.
Really enjoy these tasty recipes, filled with flavor. Easy to follow which recipe applies to specific dosha but also ability to adjust for others eating the same dish. Highly recommend.
