I think its the best for beginners and value for money under this budget. It's taste is also better than others.

I didn't like the chocolate flavour. Cookies and cream flavour is good. Didn't have any digestion issues.

nutritionally good, taste wise, not that much
not that good when compared with brown rice + pea based chocolate flavor. taste wise, this is marginally better, but froth is a deal killer. recommend the other one. nutrition wise, no bloating, easy 2digest, no constipation, provided u drink 2-2 1/2 lt of water throughout the day & eat fiber in ur food. in summer months, drink at least 3lt of water.
