What is the overall size of the case and also the interior foam piece? Im thinking of leaving just the foam in tool chest and wondering if it will fit

I think you are interested in the Wera 1/2" Ratchet Set.  These tool sets are roughly size of books, but they are top quality tools, and you should keep them in the case that Wera provides with them.  The one time I saw tools loose in toolboxes was when I was a student, and one of the other students dumped his Craftsman tools into his toolbox, and he lost them.  You may internet search for Wera tools in your hometown, but usually I buy my tools from Snap On Tools and Amazon.com, and rarely I was given tools by retiring mechanics.

Can i change car wheels with this?

The 1/2" drive is large enough for many smaller automobiles, but you will be happier if you visit Home Depot or any of the auto parts store to buy a "tire nut remover" tool.  These tools look like a cross, and a different sized tool is at each end.  The prices for "tire nut remover" tools vary, but I bought mine from Home Depot.  I'm unfamiliar with the "tire nut remover" tools that Amazon sells.  If you happen to be in the military, the military auto hobby shops sometimes carry "tire nut remover" tools that you may use AFTER you pay for the military auto hobby shop "user fee."

What is the warranty on this? Im unable to find it, concern is if fails, will i need to oay out of pocket for a whole brand new tool.

Wera is made my Zyplop in Germany so you will have to check those website to see what is offered.  I'm a professional auto mechanic so my tools are top of the line tools, but frequently customers visit me AFTER they ruined their vehicles (automobiles (cars), pick-up trucks, and motorcycles) because they didn't know what they were doing, and they want me to fix what they ruined for free.  You should insure that you use the tools that you purchace correctly, the 1/2" drive is too big for most usage, and I use 3/8" drive and sometimes 1/4" drive for ALMOST everything.  PERSONALLY I prefer Snap-On and Wera so when my older tools are exhausted I replace them with my preferred tools.
