It give good neck support
I love this pillow. My shoulders don't ache since I got this and my neck tension is less than it's been in years. It give me the neck support I needed. My sleep is so much better.

Feels just fine.
This pillow is really good. Well made and nice curves. Airs nicely so you donโt feel hot. It actually improved my sleep quite a bit. Only issue is fitting a normal pillow. It fits fine but just looks a bit weird. No problem. I didnโt notice any strong smell or anything. I totally recommend.

not a cervical pillow, too soft, no support
This is a nice regular pillow. It looks like a special neck pillow. BUT it is super soft, which completely defeats the purpose, which is to support your neck while you sleep. If you are getting "relief" from this pillow, then you were not that bad off to begin with.
