Improved mental clarity and suppressed appetite
I take two before work with mct oil and follow with a Kioa nutrition (higher protein) shake about an hour later. This keeps me comfortably satiated through late afternoon. I typically eat dinner around 5 pm and find I simply don't want to eat as much as I used to. My diet isn't strictly keto but, definitely low carb, whole food and protein forward. If I do snack mid-day, a handful of nuts or an ounce of cheese is sufficient. I'm half way through my 2nd bottle and I've lost 6 lbs of stubborn menopausal weight without feeling starved or agitated. The mental clarity and alertness is a bonus, especially after my experience with debilitating brain fog. HRT helped but, these Keto BHB Salts are definitely next level. On Saturday morning I have brunch with family and my carb intake tends to be a higher but, I have a plant based dinner, and the next morning my keto test strip shows I'm still in ketosis. I've honestly recommend this supplement to all my 50+ lady friends. ❤️

Clarity of mind

Keeps weight down, but not as fast as advertised
This product arrived on time and has been moderately successful. It does not bring weight down as quickly as advertised.

Worked well, but different than advertised
Mine advertised weight loss and had very different packaging, you need 4 capsules according to the bottle. I took at the beginning of my first three day fast, also my first fast in general. I took two about 16 hours in, and seriously felt amazing. Maybe 3 day fasts are just easy, or maybe this stuff is just awesome. Mental clarity, attention, strength, and positivity. First time on exogenous ketones felt great overall, remeber to stay hydrated, by the comments I can tell people are mostly just losing water weight. I dropped 12 pounds in water weight my first day and had to calibrate

Feel better on ketones
My brain works better w/ ketones on board. These capsules are like a cup of coffee for my alertness. I'm keto but if my diet drifts a little I can take these bio identical ketones so my brain gets the food it likes.
