FYI, these are very red! However, they do get the job done and will help you if you have trouble sleeping at night with being on electronics. They fit perfectly, are comfortable, and were a good price. I’d probably go with a different style with just a slightly less intense red lens for my personal needs, but still a great pair of glasses with plenty of clarity to see through.

A little bit of green still gets through and they are a little big. They constantly slide forward off my face. Overall would still recommend because they seem to be holding up well and seem to block most of the color that we’ve probably all heard from Dr. Huberman to block at night.

These aren't even for headache relief, although they'll probably help with that. They literally turn ev-ery-thing some shade of red. Literally no blue—or any other colours—gets through. Just about any lightly tinted lenses will pass the blue flashlight test, but these truly block it. You won't see anything but red, and you won't be mad about it. It definitely discourages from using tech while wearing them because it's very strange, and any coloured tint adds some darkening contrast by nature so it makes it harder to make things out also. Gets you off your devices quicker, aside from keeping your melatonin in check. I have pretty bad photophobia and own tinted lenses in just about every colour but blue, these were my first reds and it just blew me away how thoroughly they filter the light. Getchu some and git yer sleep.

Son mis gafas favoritas. No son para conducir con ellas. Son para las labores cotidianas después de que el sol baja y la luz blanca está prendida.

Li sto usando da una settimana : li indosso in serata a casa , per proteggermi dalle luci blu (TV, cellulare rete etc) e posso dire che funzionano : occhio non soffre più stanchezza , e sicuramente , a causa dell’annullamento delle luci blu, il sonno ne trae beneficio. Unica pecca : se si sporcano , anche con ditate , bisogna proprio risciacquarli, meglio se con acqua e sapone.

Jag har testat de här glasögonen med en riktig spektrometer och de blockerar ljuset som de ska. För priset är de riktigt bra. De har inte heller samma förvrängning eller förstoring som många andra glasögon jag har provat. Av flera olika modeller är de här faktiskt bland de bästa jag testat som verkligen uppfyller kraven. Jag har även testat betydligt dyrare glasögon från hemsidor som är specialiserade på den här typen av produkter, och flera av dem har inte presterat lika bra trots att de kostar flera gånger mer. Absolut ett bra köp för pengarna.
