This potting soil is a very good quality soil which means healthy, happy plants. I am pleased with how it absorbs the water when I first plant in it- with so many other potting soils the water just drains right through the soil on that first watering.

Best soil ever! It’s literally the only soil that I’ll use. Fox Farm Happy Frog is also very good soil, but this has never let me down! The consistency is great for many different types of plants. I add in some extra perlite if I’m planting a plant that needs less moisture retention and it never lets me or my plants down!

This is one of the best potting soils out there. No need to mix different stuff into a more generic soil, this one comes with everything you need for your house plants. Mine are thriving!!

Soil does as advertised. My plants love it due to its unique ingredients. This to me far exceeds the "miracle grow" brand name. It's pricey but well worth it.

This soil is a universe of difference away from cheap department store soil. Cheap soil is clumpy and muddy; no aeration, no drainage. The drainage, aeration, and fertilizers of Ocean Forest are all top shelf. I started young seedlings in this soil with no sign of nutrient burn. Now, a few weeks later, growth is both fast and strong; big stems of good color, and leaves are stretched out flat and healthy. I noticed no nasty odor or smell! It has a pleasant, earthy aroma. I've had no issues with bugs or mold. When I first poured the soil out, I was struck by how loose and fluffy it was. No clumps of mud, no wood chips either. This is a good brand of soils. Their Light Warrior seed/clone starting soil is also worth consideration.
