This is a pack of individual sachets of natural electrolytes to easily add to 500ml of drinking water. Ideal for replacing what you lose in perspiration in hot weather or during/after exercise. You don't just lose water ! Helps to prevent cramps in your muscles due to loss of electrolytes. The product isn't flavoured nor sweetened. It makes the water cloudy but not unpleasant to drink and it certainly effectively quenches your thirst. Recommended. Good value

The little satchel is very easy to carry when you are out clocking up the miles and it dissolves perfectly into a soft flask without blowing the bottle up with pressure. It keeps me proper hydrated without any nasty, overly sweet aftertaste and the flavour is subtle and really refreshing when you are sweating buckets. It's very effective and good value. Highly recommend for any distance runner!

I read about this on a POTS forum. My daughter has POTS and this helps her and she seems to tolerate it well and it doesn't upset her stomach. Each package is only 500mg sodium so it takes 2 to get the 1,000mg. I would start with 1. This electrolyte mix has the other stuff you need like potassium so it isn't just salt. It is on the pricier side if you take a lot of it.

Tastes great, and got me through my Pfitz plan and marathon without any stomach troubles. This is my electrolyte mix of choice!
