It's nice but without USB c and b ports. The EU plug is a little loose fitting partly because of how the eu plug points are - 'weird and not ergonomic ' unlike the Indian and USA ones. . Otherwise it works as expected. I haven't dropped it on the ground so I don't know about it's build quality. Over all it appears sturdy.

I bought this unit because it was one of the few that exist that do US, EU, AU, and UK and is a single unit and does not have any USB ports. I was looking for the smallest travel plug adaptor I could find that wasn't just separate plugs, and this fit the bill. There was a snafu when I ordered it and they accidentally sent the wrong one to me (a more expensive one that actually had USB ports on it), but I absolutely didn't want that one because it was larger than the unit I ordered. They were really quick to respond to the issue and got me out a replacement right away, so kudos to them for that. I'm using this for travel of course so I want it to be as small and convenient as possible. I have other USB chargers that I can use that have their own cables, etc., so it I didn't need any USB ports on this. Overall I'm happy with this device, and it works well. My only issue is that I just wish it was a tiny bit smaller. I do have other adaptors that would do the job (like if I'm in UK I use the UK adapters, or if I'm in AU I use the AU adaptors, etc.), and most likely I'll bring those adaptors when I go to those places, as in the end those adaptors end up being just that much more smaller and therefore easier to pack and travel with. I do have a USB Cables carry case that current does have enough room for me to bring this adaptor with me on trips so it will be put there as sort of a backup. The benefit is that I can just keep it packed always no matter which of these 4 regions/countries I travel to. Overall I'm happy with the device just wish it was just a little bit smaller.

I like this adapter a lot because of its size, quality construction, and ability to adapt in either direction (very universal). It’s especially nice to have the dedicated US plug in on one side of the unit. This is an adapter ONLY and not a converter which means it also does not have USB or C ports.

Solid product. Compact and versatile. Several options for varied outlet situations. I travel frequently in North America, Middle East and Europe. This adapter goes with me.

The size is perfect for bringing it in your personal/carryon bag. I just wish it had some usb ports as well hence the 4 star rating. If it had one or 2 usb ports that would make this a 5 star item (IMO). I used it a few time when I had to do some work in an airport and was perfectly satisfied with its performance. Also it has accepts 2 plugs though the 2nd outlet on the side only takes a Type A plug (the 2 prong plugs used in the USA/Mexico/Canada/Japan). So it kinda works as a multi-outlet once you get your destination as well.

Took this to Rome with me. It did the job!
