Bought this cat fountain for my cat Bella. She was a bit nervous of it at fist but she is ok with it now. I found it quite easy to assemble, clear instructions. I was surprised how quiet it is, in fact no noise at all. It’s easy to clean, good water capacity. It is great value for the price. It gives me peace of mind that Bella’s water is always clean and plentiful.

Well made and simple to operate,and can turn on and off the water pump at the plug at the plug. Cheap to run. Low noise .

Cracking little fountain! The stainless steel makes it easy to clean, and it’s so quiet I have to stick a finger in the water now and then to check it’s even on. My cat absolutely loves it — he drinks from that little bent tap like he is at some posh feline health retreat. With clear, healthy running water, there haven't been any leakages or spills Couple of niggles though: the plastic filter holder doesn’t come out, which makes cleaning it a bit of a palaver, and the impeller has a habit of giving up for no good reason. It’s not clogged — just seems a bit moody, like it’s decided to take a tea break. Still, the cat’s happy, I’m happy, and my house is like a zen retreat

I’m giving it a 5 for the simple reason that it looks good. Unfortunately it did not appeal to my cat. He played with the water with his paw and tried to work out where the water was coming from. Next minute he decided he’d had enough fun and tipped the water fountain over and soaked himself and the floor. My daughter’s cats are enjoying it very much. Glad it was enjoyed by her cats. If you have a fussy cat I would avoid it. It is a remarkable fountain though.

This little fountain is a revelation. Our kitty has early-stage kidney disease and she needs to drink more water. We'd noticed that she's recently been dipping her paw in her water bowl and stirring it, and the internet says that's because cats prefer running water. We tried a plastic fountain for a previous cat and she seemed not to like the taste of the water, so we thought we'd try stainless steel this time. Our current cat ignored the fountain for the first three days and I felt like a complete mug. And then... she discovered it and she loves it so much, I got her a second one for another floor of our house. She drinks out of it constantly, sometimes out of the basin and sometimes directly from the spigot like a little kid drinking from a water fountain. Huge success! It is incredibly simple to set up and whisper quiet. It's louder if you don't put the curved spigot on and let it bubble instead, and it also splashes if you do that. With the spigot in place, zero splashing, constant fresh water, and endless delight for the kitty cat in your life. Really easy to clean, too. And best of all, the seller gives a six-month supply of free replacement filters. What's not to love? I'm probably going to get a third for the top floor of our house, so that our cat will have no excuse not to drink, wherever she is. Amazingly successful purchase and a bargain for the price. UPDATE: about once a month the fountain stops and seems to be broken. It ISN'T. I have learned that you have to pry out the little spinning bit (it looks like a tiny propellor) inside the pump unit and rinse it thoroughly. Then it works again. I was really annoyed at first and wrote to the seller, and they sent me a video showing how to take it all apart and clean the pump. The cat is happy again! Whew!

I have used many water fountains for my multi cat home, this one is by far the best one. It holds a large amount of water so I do not have to fill it several times a day. The design is pleasing to the eye and blends in with its surroundings. There is a blue led that allows you to see the bowl in the dark, so no more tripping over it or unsuspecting cat trying to have a peaceful drink. The only way to know it is working is to look at it as it runs silently. The top fits to the pump effortlessly unlike the others I have tried. The filter system is next level, the filter pad sits into an easy opening container while the pump has a slot for a filter sponge doubling the filtration. I have cats that like drinking from a bowl and others preferring a tap in the bathroom, now they have the best of both worlds. A spout allows the water to flow like a tap whilst allowing some to pool in the bottom for my cats that like bowl drinking. I have however made a slight adaptation by adding a sensor to the bowl allowing it to turn off when not in use, movement near the bowl turns it on until the movement has gone. My cats approve of the bowl as they no longer drink from plastic. I have ordered another one to replace the other plastic one.

Our kitten kept knocking his food into the water dish. I went looking for a fountain device and saw this. Kitty loves it, that’s the headline. It’s quiet (I heard they can get startled by ones that sense motion etc). It’s easy to clean, the metal is perfect and has stood up well to about 4-weeks of use so far. My only niggle would be that the image has an Amazon badge and says ‘4x’ which made me assume I’d get some extra filters etc. alas, just the one was included and I’ll need to order more.

Great product. I recently took in one cat and her two kittens one wasn’t much from drinking from a water bowl. He would splash the water and turn over a heavy ceramic water bowl I’d talk to a vet about the problem he said to try a fountain. I’d didn’t think much about it till I’d done more research on the matter. Most cats prefer running or moving water so I figured I’d give it a try. First day it was strange to them but it didn’t take long to figure out and no more mess in the floor and they drink more water. It’s been two months in no problems pump is quite the sight glass on the side of the bowl lets you see when it’s low very easy to clean and the filters are not no majore expense and water stays clean. I give it five stars for the price easy to clean and very quiet and the cats are drinking more water with no mess
