So many reviews list this as the absolute best chair for taller people. At 6'4" and 300ish lbs... I will say that the chair does fit me well, and isn't even at it's fullest range, and is super supportive and sturdy. The chair padded seat itself is very comfortable and configurable. I found the chair back to be supportive in all of the right places and found the lumbar support to be appropriate when in the correct position. The arms on the chair are ABSOLUTELY awful. They will move at the slightest touch in every possible direction. I am constantly finding myself fixing then back to where they were. There are no locking mechanisms on the arms, minus the height, causing it to be always just off.

I’ve been using the FlexiSpot Ergo X for a while now and it’s been really comfortable. There are plenty of adjustments, so it took a little time to get everything set where I wanted it, but once I did it felt great. The mesh is breathable, the chair feels sturdy, and the lumbar support is probably my favorite part. Overall, I’m really happy with it for everyday desk use.

I should start by saying I own another Flexispot chair that cost twice as much and I've been very pleased with it. In fact, it's one of the many reasons I considered purchasing this chair. First, I was really nervous that this chair would not be quality and I might be disappointed since most of it is plastic. However, my initial impression proves me wrong. Despite its mostly plastic build, it's very good quality. I am a small woman with severe arthritis and I had little difficulty in putting this together. The step by step instructions were very clear but admittedly, step 1 made me a little frustrated to figure out. It was not easy, but within a relatively short period of time, I got it figured it out. After that, everything went together very quickly. Took me about 30 mins start to finish. I wasn't expecting to enjoy the footrest - as my other chair's footrest was not as comfortable. This, exceeded my expectations. The footrest pulls out to the perfect length and it sits high enough to leave your legs feeling rested (again, I'm 5'2" so I'm relatively short). It's very padded and comfortable. I also purchased the padded seat as I find the mesh a bit uncomfortable during the summer season when I wear shorts - my skin is super sensitive. After sitting on this chair only about an hour, I love it. It's very firm but squishy. I can't speak to how it'll hold up over time, but if it does - I absolutely love the comfort. I wish there was more adjustability with the arms but I think it's very nice given the price point. I love the back rest - but I will say it takes some people a little time to get used to. Even I didn't like it the first time I experienced it - but now, I can't go without it. I have severe spine issues and this backrest has helped so much when it comes to sitting at my desk for hours on end each day. The color is exactly as pictured and the fabric is very nice. Again, I can't speak to how it'll hold up over time but the warranty itself is phenomenal leaving me not concerned at all. Flexispot has always had the best customer service and I would trust shopping with them at any price point. I own multiple sit/stand desks and now two chairs - this is a very reputable company! Lastly, the item was shipped and packaged well - everything came perfectly wrapped and easy to unbox. Thank you for yet another great chair!

I bought this chair back in late November as a Christmas gift for myself as a Christmas gift to myself. I've spent a few months working from home in this chair, and I use that term loosely. Here is the Bad: After a month of use I started having hip pain, but I thought it was from sleeping on my side, or something.... didn't think it was the chair initially. But a couple more months go by and I realize I am getting hip pain sitting in the chair I take my hand place it under my butt and am surprised that the chair is bottoming out on the structure underneath the mesh bottom. OK, I am a big guy at about 285lb which this chair is supposedly rated for 400lb. the structure under the chair is not flat or properly supportive, it is a like trying to sit on a hard thin bar on either side of your hip. Durability: the mesh is even showing some signs of wear in the areas where it touches the structure underneath. I would say, if I could endure the torture of sitting in this chair it would surely wear out in those areas. After swapping out my wife's chair my hip pain started to get better. My wife does not work from home and only uses it a few hours a week and she hated the chair too. Sitting in it feels like torture. Maybe put a flat seat and foam padding under the mesh? Flexispot, you need to ensure the seat does not cause pain sitting in it if you are a larger person. My second gripe much smaller compared to the physical torture is I like to lean back without A.) Flipping completely to a lying down position, or B.) Be locked into to sitting upright or locked into leaning back without being able to sit upright again without first unlocking the seat back. Perhaps change the locking mechanism to how far back you can go but not restrict the seatback from coming up with you as you sit up again, if you wanna be extra make the locking the forward motion a separate lever. The chair doesn't have any padding; it relies on mesh to hold you, but maybe they should add some padding... The good: The chair was easy enough to assemble; my wife actually took care of it while I was away. The chair looked pretty nice, I don't care for gaudy looking gaming chairs, this looked like a nice cross between an office and gaming chair. the foot rest was OK, I couldn't really have it out while working, but if I wanted to lay back and just reflect and lay back it was nice. You do have to extend it while upright and your legs spread and the same to retract it. It rolled ok on my carpeted floors. Then again so has every other office chair I ever had.

Ich hab in meinem Leben schon günstige und teurere Bürostühle gehabt. Bei diesem Stuhl gibt es vieles zu bemängeln. Die Rollen sind katastrophal und bewegen sich keinen Millimeter auf Steinboden. Man hat das Gefühl, als müsste man den Stuhl schieben. Hab ich so vorher noch nie bei einem Bürostuhl erlebt. Die Verarbeitung ist auch nicht besonders gut: Man sieht viele geflickte Stellen, das verspielte Kunststoffschild hinten am Stuhl ist verkratzt, obwohl es sicher verpackt war und die Rückenlehne hakt und kommt manchmal nicht nach vorne. Generell merkt man diesem Stuhl die schlechte Qualität an. Die positiven Dinge sind das bequeme Netz und die Lordosenstütze ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich werde den Stuhl wahrscheinlich zurückzuschicken, da die negativen Sachen hier ganz klar überwiegen und es für den Preis wesentlich bessere Bürostühle gibt.

Der Stuhl kam vor drei Tagen an und am Wochenende bin ich endlich dazu gekommen, ihn aufzubauen. Der Aufbau war einfacher als gedacht und schnell erledigt. Er passt sehr gut in mein Arbeitszimmer und stützt meinen unteren Rücken genau an der richtigen Stelle. Da ich im Büro arbeite, sitze ich jeden Tag ziemlich lange und bekomme dabei oft Rückenschmerzen. Bei diesem Stuhl hatte ich bisher auch nach längerem Sitzen keine Beschwerden. Für mich ein wirklich guter Kauf. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann den Stuhl auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
