I love the vanilla scent, and the oil seems to be good quality. As far as the amount or effects of the magnesium, things like that are so difficult to measure, and I often have a hard time determining whether or not they work. The bottle, as careful as I try to be, always seems to get oily, and the inside of the cap does also. It's really strange because it's as if it's spraying itself after I put the cap on. Maybe it's built up pressure that's causing it? I don't know. The only issue I have with it is the spray bottle being so messy even though i clean it off after each use. Maybe it's just a defective bottle.
