Overall a really good razor, worth the price. You can go 2-3 weeks before needing to replace the cartridge. The handle has a tight grip, this allows to get a perfect shave anytime.

This Gillete razor is good quality and does the job however my only complaint is it's a bit too expensive for what you get.

I don't really have any complaints about the Gillette Mach 3 razor system that I have used for, at least, the last 15 years. It provided me with a good, close shave, and the blades seemed to last significantly longer than advertised. Lately though, I seemed to be getting Mach 3 blades that nicked and cut frequently regardless of whether they were new or whether they had a few weeks of use on them. So, I decided to try the Gillette Labs razor which was on sale at Amazon. All I can say is WOW, what a difference I have experienced between the Gillette fixed head (3) blade razor, and the articulating (5) blade Gillette Labs razor. It takes me less time to get a closer shave since the (5) blades can effectively shave areas of my face in one or two strokes compared to the (3) blade razor that required that I keep going over certain areas of my face again and again to knock down the stubble. I'm very pleased and I anticipate that the Gillette Labs razor will be in my shaving kit for many years to come. The blades are more expensive, but my initial impression is that they will last significantly longer than Gillette has advertised. Recommended! Jimmy
