I don't really care what's in it tbh. I have tried dozens of products to fix my fungal and bacterial skin problems and this basically solved them. I even tried it on my texturing forehead and it's smoother now. The itching is gone in all those random places. The smell is like melted plastic but the benefits are worth it. Just have some body spray or your favorite perfume to cover it up so you don't smell like a medicine cabinet.

I have rosacea and it primarily causes pustules if triggered by sun, irritation, dryness, alcohol, certain foods pretty much anything can trigger it. The pustules are painful and embarrassing. This has cleared up a flare that was going on for months. I just kept getting new ones every time the last one healed. My skin was also dry and irritated no matter what I put on it. I tried sulfur soap and sulfur ointment and it seemed to help a bit but made my skin so dry. I tried Azelaic acid with some success but it prevented pigment from forming in my face and I looked a bit dead. This doesn’t make me look like a ghost and actually works better. This is different. It isn’t overly drying.I’m not sure what kind of voodoo magic is in here but it’s cleared everything up. My skin is smooth and clear for the first time in months. It has a strong smell as expected, although it smells more of coal tar than sulfur, it does contain both smells. I honestly don’t care what it smells like as long as it keeps working. NOTHING I have ever used has worked this well, not prescription medications, or the countless creams and treatments I’ve spent so much money on. I wish I had found it years ago. The ingredients are backed by science, and I don’t know of any other products that contain these ingredients all together. Thank you so much to the company. Product seems to inhibit bacterial growth on skin. Won’t explain how I discovered this but it works very well as an armpit deodorant. Just a dab and even in 90 degree temperatures there is no body odor even at the end of the day.

This is amazing! I’ve struggled with bad eczema on my legs for a few years. After using this lotion twice a day for less than a week I am clear!! Smells a little of sulfur but that disappears in a minute. Great product.

This lotion gave me a chemical burn, turning my skin hot and bright red when I applied it on my neck and chest. I washed it off immediately and slathered on hydrocortisone cream, but it took about 24 hours for the redness to subside.I've never had any skin product allergies before, nor do I have sensitive skin. My skin was a bit dry from using sulfur soap, but that's it (we had a chigger problem in the summer, so I was looking for various products with sulfur in them, which is what led me to this lotion).I had used this on my legs for a couple days without incident, but this is obviously not a good product for delicate areas or sensitive skin in general. I didn't use it again after that bad experience, which was just a few days after the product arrived.Also, the smell is VERY STRONG and horrid. I thought it smelled like hospital cleaning products. My BF said it smelled like a locker room. The smell does dissipate after a few hours, but i wouldn't go out in public after using this lotion.

It's so good. Too good to be true even. Works great for eczema and other conditions. I loved it when I first bought it years ago. It got removed or discontinued for some years, and I ordered it again recently.I noticed the distinct smell was a bit different. So I checked and saw it has coal tar in the ingredients, and it smells like coal tar. Coal tar is good for eczema and other conditions but is carcinogenic and damages DNA. The harmful components of coal tar are absorbed through the skin and distributed systemically through the body.I would just reserve this for severe cases. It's not worth the risk. This formula even makes my hands go numb, weak, and limp (I just need it on my hands).

By far the best lotion I've have ever used! I've been suffering from some kind of skin issue for the longest time I still don't know if it's rosacea or some kind of eczema or maybe just my natural skin barrier is off but nothing has worked as good as the product! My skin seems to get oily during the day and after a shower extremely dry and you can see my skin flaky. Always red and inflamed with tiny pin size whiteheads my skin fluctuates so much too sometimes good for a few days and then right back to being bad.. It's been only 1 week and I can see a huge difference. I was looking for a good sulfur type lotion and not to many pop up but then I ran across this and I could immediately tell this was a good product from just reading the ingredients you can tell that they actually know what they are doing with all these ingredients that they put in. You usually dont see a lot of these ingredients in most lotions. It rubs on nice and absorbs very well without looking greesy at all! Keeps my face nice and smooth too! I just hope this company doesn't change the formula down the road or stop making it. Cause that always seems to happen with a lot companies. So if this company is reading this please keep doing what you guys are doing and don't change it up!! :-) Honestly couldn't be more happier. By the way I don't usually write reviews unless I'm extremely happy with a product!

You will smell like a candle. Other than that, it seemed to improve my sons skin as he has less urges to scratch his dry bum.

I started using a sulfur ointment a year ago and found it keeps my skin nice and clear without either breakouts or rosacea pustules. But I hated the greasiness and couldn't really use it during the day.This lotion works just as well, but is easier to put and keep on and isn't greasy. With the ointment, the sulfur would dry out parts of my face, but this lotion keeps everything moisturized and I've had no dry, flaky skin where I've used it.I've seen a lot of comments about the smell. It smells very strongly of tea tree oil, but not of sulfur (the ointment does smell of sulfur). I don't really mind it because I hate a spotty face worse than the smell and I associate the smell with cleanliness.The lotion is quite yellow and does slightly stain my gray hair around the hair line. While it doesn't stain the skin, I think it give a yellow cast which covers up skin redness. This is a plus for me because I tend to be flushed. I could see how, for some skin tones, this might make you look a little yellow, so I'd suggest you test it first if you are very fair.
