This is a great mop to use on bathroom floors and other small areas. It works best on non-wooden hard floors such as tiles and vinyl. It’s very lightweight but still durable (this replaced a piece we’d had for 4 years). We use it to mop our bathrooms and since it’s so good at picking up hair, we don’t need to vacuum the floor beforehand. This makes it a breeze to use and prevents damage to our dyson vacuum by avoiding use on wet bathroom floors. Note it’s not great for wood or wood-laminate floors since the liquid seeps between floor boards and could cause warping. I prefer a microfibre flat mop on our wood floors. The wipes are expensive, but we find standard floor wipes work great with this, so that what we use. 2 wipes per bathroom is all it takes to leave the floor gleaming.

I finally gave in an ordered the speedmop (all my friends were raving about it) and it didn't disappoint. It's less sturdy than it looks in the photos (so you have to use it very carefully) and if you have big rooms you need multiple wipes: our open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge needed 3 wipes alone, but it does what it says on the tin: it's quick, easy, no mess with buckets and mops, a sparkling clean house in seconds. Cheap? Nope, but cheaper than the cleaner and it's great fun to use so all in all it's a 5start from me.

The only thing that is stopping it getting 5 stars is the fact I have to use more than one wipe to do a small kitchen, hallway and downstairs W/C. It really isn't a large area to clean. The wipes clean well, but dry out quickly. Both a pro and a con. The pole comes in 4 parts and is easy to assemble and take apart for storage if necessary. The wipes are easy to put on the mop, but as they are wet, they tend to drip a bit as you put them on. They secure easily and don't come off (I was sceptical about how secure they would be, but I was proved wrong). The mop itself is lightweight and moves around corners and can get under my appliances to clean under there a bit. It is long enough to use standing up or sitting down if you are a little less able like me.

The Flash Speedmop has made cleaning my floors so much quicker and easier. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and picks up dust, dirt, and everyday mess effortlessly. Perfect for a quick clean without having to get the mop and bucket out. The disposable pads work really well, and my floors always feel fresh afterwards. Such a handy household essential that I’d definitely recommend!

Bought this having given up on my very temperamental spray mop. So. The wipes are extremely wet, I mean totally dripping the minute you get them out of the pack so as other reviewers have noted, open the pack where you’re going to use them. When I finally got the hang of how they secured (had to read other reviews as it’s not totally apparent from the “instructions”) - a push into the soft corners of the mop head, it’s just brilliant, so quick and easy and I wish I’d bought this initially rather than my temperamental spray mop!

I wanted to hate this, but I don’t. It’s blummin’ brilliant. I wanted to hate it because it seems wasteful to throw things away after each use and I felt lazy for not using a traditional mop and as a rule I hate big brands. But its ease of use is just way too good, I’ll never go back to a mop and bucket again. Just pop on the VERY wet and drippy cover things and then off you go! Cleans really well (I was shocked and appalled at myself by how brown the wipe was after use!) gets into all those difficult to reach spaces, the head moves easily and the mobility/flexibility of it is excellent. It’s so effective at what it needs to do. The size is great and it smells fresh. It’s big enough to what you need and neat and small enough to easily hide away. Best of all, you can buy generic versions of the wipes and save yourself a ton of money and feel morally superior for not supporting a giant corporation ;-) Worth the initial outlay to get the actual mop. Seems sturdy so far and holding together well. My family are bored of me praising it and tell me I’ve become a stranger to them for going on and on about its usefulness and the fact it makes mopping if not enjoyable (that would be somewhat odd) then at least very bearable. Actually, you know what, I do enjoy mopping with it - so go ahead, calm me odd! It’s just very satisfying to have a clean fresh floor with almost no effort!

So glad I purchased this. This type of mop is so handy to have as it’s quick and you don’t have to wash the heads you just simply throw the disposable pads in the bin! The pads are very wet which is great for an effective clean. Great price and value for money. Very lightweight, sturdy and right size for me.
