HUMCO 8916001 Flavor Blend 16 oz, Shape

I wish this came in several other flavors. I use it to mix with my ivermectin. Kinda expensive, but worth it.

This is a life saver for my little boy. I have to crush his meds as he is not able to swallow pills yet.

We use every day with our son who has Autism. He won’t swallow capsules. This product is a lifesaver!

I use this for mixing LDN for pain. This suspension tastes good, mixes well, prevents oxidizing, & lasts long enough to make 30 day, refrigerated batches. Much more cost effective, vs purchasing through a compounding pharmacy. My GP directed me to mix proper dosage, using crushed tablets. Please do not do this without medical supervision & prescription. Thanks!

I never actually used this because I was able to order a liquid of the drug I was going to mash up and use this for. However, I AM expecting to be mashing up medications in the future, so I'm ready!

My cats were prescribed two human medications, but the people capsules were large, and the veterinary size capsules were quite expensive. Using algebra (which I probably haven't used since 9th grade), I formulated a conversion to a liquid, (matched to 1 ml of the Humco) and have been able to maintain the cats' health and comfort. No cat LIKES to be given medicine, but liquid is usually easier than tablets/capsules. My cats may not love the taste, but there's been no spitting, gagging, or hiding from me at "medicine time." That's a WIN, in my book!! For human use it should be MUCH easier, since I imagine the math is minimal, and no particular conversion is necessary. I'll continue to use the Humco formula, which goes quite a long way!

This tastes pretty awful, like strong cherry cough syrup. However, it did seem to help take out some of the bitterness out of some of the meds, but there was still gagging due to the original taste of the oral solution. I wish there were more options like banana or something.
