I manage a Hispanic grocery store that has a meat department, deli, grocery store, money-wiring office, and restaurant. I bought these to communicate between the different departments and they work great. Good audio clarity and the range is awesome. My butcher accidentally took his radio home one day to his apartment which was 1.5 miles away from the store and the radios worked from that far away which I thought was very impressive. We charge the radios overnight and they last all day without draining the battery very much. They're very versatile and work great in and out of buildings.

Purchased for short range tactical training operations... So far they've been an inexpensive, reliable, and so far durable means of communication... The earpieces are not the best quality but that was expected.. the 2 prong connector does allow for other mics or headgear to be used.. Battery life seems to be good so far. I'm thinking that 1 1/2 or 2 miles line of sight is max distance but I've not tested it... They do make a beep or channel # announcement when you change channels.. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase for what we needed it for..

How many miles away can use…?

Very good radios for the price, they are easy to use, have a good signal and the battery lasts a long time, the range works very well for outdoor activities, and that they include headphones and chargers is a plus. The load is simple and the two units are practical to stay connected

The Baofeng Walkie Talkies was gifted by me for my daughters’ doggy playcare. They’re using them to communicate with each other in various situations during the day. The walkie talkies charged easily, connectivity. The clarity and range of the conversation is a key component of the communication between staff members and they met these requirements. They have staff members communicate and understand the situation (s) effectively. They are durable which is the key for musing them in this environment.

I bought these for hunting to have on hand. Used them For the first time this past weekend and the mic button broke on the one I was using. As I took off my jacket it just fell apart and I have no idea what happened. Other than that I do like them and they work good. I need to find somewhere to get a new headset and I will be happy.

For the money they seem like a tremendous value. Could hear and be heard at home from the post office. The scale on the screen shot says it all. I don't understand the monitor button. But the little light is a lot brighter than I had expected it to be. All items were in the box. 2 WTs, 2 Bats, 2 earpiece/mic with lanyard, and two charging stations. I'm not an expert or anything, but, to me, the range on these is remarkable. Compelled to share this info. Pictures don't lie. It's 80% forest with three small peaks and valleys along that scale. These have a rechargeable battery back so you won't have to keep a case of triple A batteries around. Spare batteries for these are cheap as of 01/27/2023. Una compra que realicé hace dos años, los utilizo dos veces al año y la batería nos dura todo el día. Lo que sí no me gustó es que lo que recubre al audífono es muy chafa y se rompe rápido. Pero de ahí en fuera se escuchan y funcionan súper bien.

Los compre para mi equipo de trabajo y estamos todos muy satisfechos. Señal clara y sin interrupciones. Cuenta con manos libres, lo que facilita mucho la comunicación. A veces se cruzan con otras señales de radio, pero tiene varios canales y con un simple cambio, volvemos a estar todos conectados sin problema alguno. Me gusta el clip que tiene y la correa, simplifica bastante el poder traerlos en la bolsa del pantalón o en el cinto y a la mano. Recomiendo muchísimo.

Por el precio están bien, pero chocan con otras frecuencias (al ser chinos genérciso). Pero cumplen bien su objetivo.
