Dr. Sheffield's Stainless Steel Toothpaste Tube Squeezer Key & Roller

It does the job of squeezing the toothpaste to the top of the tube. However, it is not designed to roll up the empty part of the tube and it will not stay rolled up. My old toothpaste squeezer stayed rolled up and in place. If that’s not a problem for you, then this item will work for you. It does a great job of easily pushing the toothpaste to the top of the tube for easy dispensing and less waste. It fit easily on the end of my Sensodyne and Crest Gun Detoxify tubes without issue. I cannot vouch for how it works on other brands tubes. I’m happy with my purchase.

The key is fine, works like the keys I grew up with and is very solid. The problem is, and I didn't realize this until I went to use it, today's toothpaste tubes are made of plastic, not metal, so they don't hold their shape. You can wind the key around the empty part to squeeze out the toothpaste, but the tube springs back into its original shape as soon as you let go, instead of staying coiled around the key like the older metallic tubes. So the key is fine (hence the 5 stars) but today's plastic materials defeat the purpose.

I have to use an expensive cream daily that is not covered by insurance. This ‘key’ is helping me to get every last drop out of the tube. Great helper!

I got this for my euthymol toothpaste and it works well, but its almost impossible to take it off because the opening is too small

update: been using it for six months and still no rust or issues with durability. Helps get every last ounce of product out - makes products last a month+ more than before! Love it! og review: one of the best keys you can get for the price. I've tried cheaper ones from the store before but they didn't do the job. I use this for certain hair treatment products, l'occitane, and euthymol toothpaste and it does well with all of them. The "key" to using it is to use a little bit of the product first and then slip this on the end and roll it a little. It has to have something to crimp around so it doesn't slip off. Wait a couple uses to put it on and then get it started on the end. It hasn't rusted or broken so very durable so far. super happy!

As expected, a great product, read the reviews and took a gamble. I purchased three, one for me, my daughter, and my dog’s toothpaste. I will eventually order more as I have more tubes to use them with. Great quality, will stand the test of time.

I was hoping it would wind up the tube, and stay in place to continue winding when necessary. It gets loose and falls off when I discontinue pressure on it.

This item has been with me for a very short time. I ordered this tube key because I always feel like there is still plenty of toothpaste left in the tube long after it stops squeezing out easily. Instead of cutting the tube open or tossing it too soon, I wanted something simple that would help me get the remaining product out without making a mess. I also liked that this one is made from stainless steel rather than flimsy plastic, so it seemed like the kind of small bathroom tool that could last a long time. You definitely need these two key if you use metal tubes for any kind of paste because you’re gonna be able to use till the end to the last drop
