Great vitamins for the quality and price , small tablet is easy to swallow and the lid is easy to open as well. The taste is flavorless if you’re trying to stay away from vitamins that has that strong weird taste.

I needed an extra 800 units per day. 2 per day meets my need.Update: I just had to reorder because last order didn't have the vitamins. The plastic seal was intact, the foil seal was intact and the cotton was inside, but NO vitamins.
