Good quality facial brush replacement for Anisa facial cleaner
This is a good quality facial brush replacement that is used with the Anisa handle. The brush head reduces the amount of facial cleaning product you have to use, so that makes up for the cost of the facial brush. This facial brush head replacement CAN be used without the Anisa handle as it is easy to hold onto with your fingers. If you have the Anisa handle for this brush, you'll know it is super easy to align the small pegs on the side and rotate the brush into place. The bristles on this brush replacement are exactly like the ones that came with the original Anisa facial cleaner. After using this brush several times, there are no bristles falling out, it arrived clean and is easy to keep clean. I sanitize all my brushes at least once a week in a UV sanitizer cabinet - it's important to keep brushes clean as they are a breeding ground for bacterial. Happy with this facial brush and have been pleased with the Anisa facial cleanser system in general.

Much better price than the handle, but still pricey.
The brush itself is perfectly soft for scrubbing away makeup, even away from the eyes. Giving your face a gentle wash before hand will help prevent makeup build up occurring too quickly in the brush. But the biggest issue is the price. It should really be this price for the brush AND handle with the replacement brushes being 7-10 dollars tops. The handle is just a basic piece of plastic and has no business being half the price, so just buy the brush head itself at a much better price.

Much needed for my skin
This is a great replacement facial brush head, especially if you’re looking for something gentle AND effective. I went with the deep cleaning version, which features ultra-soft bristles and silicone. The combination works really well to give a thorough cleanse without being harsh on the skin. I have sensitive skin and this brush hasn’t caused any irritation or redness. The bristles are incredibly soft but still manage to lift dirt, oil, and makeup with ease. It’s perfect for daily use and I’ve noticed my skin feels smoother and looks more refreshed after each use. As expected, the brush head fits my handle perfectly and clicks into place securely, no wobbling or issues with compatibility. What a great addition to my routine!

Overpriced & underwhelming. Doesn’t remove sunscreen or makeup well!
I got the Anisa Beauty Cleansing Replacement Brush Head to pair with their $28 facial cleansing brush (which is really just a plastic handle with a brush head). After a few weeks of testing (multiple times, in multiple ways), here’s my verdict: it’s not worth it. Spending $15 on a replacement brush head that doesn’t cleanse effectively and only works with Anisa Beauty’s $28 brush? Yeah, that’s a hard pass for me! I really wanted to give this a fair shot, so I tested it under different conditions, but each time, it fell short. Test #1: Removing mineral sunscreen If you use mineral sunscreen, you know how stubborn it can be. It usually requires a double cleanse (oil/balm first, then a gel-based cleanser) to fully remove. I tried this brush head with my go-to DHC Cleansing Oil and Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm, but it just didn’t break down the sunscreen effectively. Test #2: Full face of makeup Next, I used it after a full day of makeup: liquid foundation, setting powder, mascara, eyeliner, eyebrow gel, and blush - all layered over mineral sunscreen. Again, it didn’t do the job. I was left with traces of both sunscreen and makeup, meaning I had to go in with extra cleansing (via Clarisonic Pro brush) afterward. Test #3 & 4: Daily cleansing; no makeup but oily skin w/ skincare routine AND oily skin, no skincare For my final test, I used it twice a day as part of my regular cleansing routine. Unfortunately, my skin never felt as clean as it does when I use my Clarisonic Pro (even on its lowest setting with a gentle brush head). The nylon bristles on this brush head are way too soft for a deep clean, and the silicone bristles are too short and densely packed to be effective, especially without any vibration like you’d get from a Clarisonic or Mia brush. I found myself pressing harder just to see any real makeup, sunscreen, or oil removal, but that only led to irritation from the silicone bristles. At $15 for a replacement head, this just isn’t worth it, especially when better and more affordable options exist. I hate leaving a negative review for an indie brand, but both the brush head and the facial cleansing brush itself just don’t justify the price. Would I repurchase? Definitely not!

A great alternative when skin needs more tender love but good exfoliation
I switch out to this brush head when I feel like my skin is sensitive but is still in need of deep cleansing. I can physically feel this is a lot softer than the regular deep cleansing brush head. Same soft bristles but more of the silicone bristles instead for mild cleansing.
