Effective & Economical
Excellent product. I had one serving at 10:00 PM, seven hours into my 16-hour fast (actually 18 hours, as I don’t count the first two, which are for digestion of my last meal), and it tided me over through the night. The taste is super salty, but the saltiness subsided after a few minutes. I feel like these salts are a good replenishment at various points during a fast. Personally, I don’t see myself needing to use more than one serving for a 16-hour fast, which makes it very economical.

A must have for my diet.
I am on the carnivore diet and have been getting cramps in my legs and feet. I tried these Electrolytes and so much better. They keep me hydrated and cramp free.

Gets the Job Done
It tastes like sweat, but I guess that's the point. No added flavor to get you past that. These electrolytes get the job done when you are fasting, though. We've re-ordered several times.

Works for water fasting and worth buying!
So... I'm on Day 3 of a water fast, and this has given me a boost! I take it 3 times a day; morning, noon and night. I haven't had the migraines. When I started to get a migraine, I put a scoop on my water bottle and it cleared it up within 15 minutes or less. I thought the jar would be bigger but you don't need much at all, so the quality is great. The taste isn't too salty and it hydrates your body. Worth the price.

Clean Ingredients and Perfect for Fasting
This fasting electrolyte from The Good Intentions Club is a great product with clean ingredients and zero sugar. It mixes easily and doesn’t have an artificial aftertaste, which is important when using electrolytes during a fast. It helps maintain hydration without breaking a fast, and the formula feels well thought out compared to many sugary electrolyte options on the market. If you’re fasting or just want a clean electrolyte with no added sugar, this is a solid choice.

No frills salts
The last electrolytes I bought was flavored, and with those additives made the powder dry up and harden. No issues with this one. It does make the water a tiny bit salty so I just put a scoop into my water and chug it down. It has exactly what you need and nothing extra. Great price too.

Good product, a bit pricey.
It works well. It helped to curb hunger during fasts. It is pricey, however.

Mmmm salty!
Do you like salt? Do you like water? Well have I got the product for you! Take a scoop and add it to any standard sized water bottle! BOOM! Salty water! Delicious? I think SO! Got a Nalgene water bottle?! TWO SCOOPS! Thats quick math! Impressed? I salt my water! Feeling a lack of salt in your water? BOOM! Buy this and your problem is gone! Its good for the body, fantastic for the soul! Do you like not having serious medical emergencies due to a lack of salt?! HECK YEAH! THIS IS ALL YOU BABY! I haven't had a single salt-related medical emergency since using this product... or... now that I think of it... ever... But better safe than sorry! Especially if you are fasting. (salt + water = salty water, mmm tasty)
