My touchscreen chrome book has the capability of working with this and a tv to make the tv multitouch! The Chromebook has to be touchscreen as the proper drivers for chrome os are on touchscreen chromebooks.

Got to say. I was very skeptical about this purchase. Because I wanted it to work! And. OMG. Cpuld not be easier. The hardest part was taking the backing off the double sticky tape :). Plugged into the computer and just WORKED!! It is awesome. Everyone that comes to the dyno is super impressed. Thank you!!!! (Installed on an 75” monitor)

when it worked it worked great, but it stopped working after 6 weeks.
