Works well at catching fungus gnats
I like this product for catching fungus gnats that hitched a ride inside after I brought my outdoor plants inside for the winter. It seems to do well attracting the adults, while I work on stopping the source they're originating from. It's super quiet. I have to put my hand over it to feel if it's working sometimes. There's an indication light, but I don't always trust stuff and like to check anyway. I have it plugged in and running 24-7, but there is an option for a timer. It's a simple touch screen with lights and pictures as buttons. It seems to catch bugs easily. I also have the plug in type that works well. I think they do about the same job attracting and trapping critters. It came with a refill pack of six discs of the sticky cardboard you place inside, that catches the bugs. It's nice not having to immediately buy replacement parts. It's powered by a USB style plug in cord which is included. It looks decent in a room. It's nice that you can't see the bugs on the sticky pad inside.

Great option (depending on fly type)
Pros: - Works really well for light-focused bugs - Much better than other UV fly traps I've tried that don't have a fan. Worth the extra cost Cons: - Not going to work well for bugs that are more scent-focused (like fruit flies or large house flies) - Safety hazard if it is placed where children can look at the light - The slow-speed mode for the fan causes the device to emit a high-pitched coil whine noise. Not a big deal since the fan isn't very loud in high-speed mode - Doesn't automatically turn back on after losing/regaining power

I'd give it 5 stars if stinkbugs didn't get stuck in funnel
Works awesome! Catches a lot of bugs. Including stinkbugs. But those big stupid idiots get stuck in the bottom of the funnel and block it so you have to poke them through or shake them out. I'm very glad it catches them. I might just try to Dremel the hole larger. It makes a noticeable difference in how many bugs are bumbling around the house.

Didn't catch anything. Maybe they bugs were scared off by the noise?
I was ordering some B0DSQSMG1W STEM Flying Insect Light Trap Refill Cartridges , which were great BTW, when I noticed this fan trap. I figured their glue trap cartridges worked so well that this must be good, too. Firstly, this thing is very noisy. Not brass band noisy, but noisy enough to be heard from the other side of a large room. It's really disturbing. Even after we decided to tolerate the noise by running it while we weren't home, it didn't catch anything. The glue sheets caught a dozen gnats each (my wife likes house plants, and these bugs seem to be unavoidable), while this thing didn't catch a thing. My recommendation is to start with a Raid Essentials Flying Insect Light Trap Starter Kit and, when you need them, get the STEM refills that I mentioned.

PERFECT Mosquito Trap
These fan assisted flying insect traps may have saved my life this past summer! These traps are only a few inches in diameter and can fit on the smallest side table. The summer of '25 was the worst summer for mosquitoes in decades. I was eaten alive in June, I (personally) used four entire spray cans of non-DEET mosquito repellent in July and wore fishing hats with mosquito netting, long sleeve shirts and long pants in our antique house, and was still bitten all over, every day! I bought these insect trap in early August. These traps don't just work, they work perfectly-- and it has ZERO ODOR!!! I was only bitten a handful times all month! It did my heart good to look inside after only a week and see more than a dozen little insects stuck to the bottom! Those little dead monsters saved me from being bitten more than 60 times! I threw the little sticky disk out after two weeks of constant use. Info about where to buy more sticky pads would be nice. One little bone to pick is that the instructions were unclear about how to turn the unit on 24/7. All one needs to do is plug it in and tap the power button. Don't set a timer and it will just keep on keepin' on! But DO push the fan button because it seems to suck the little insects in and keep them in better. The UV light is eye-catching at first, but it's easy to get used to ignore once one is used to seeing it in the background. All things considered, this is my single best anti-mosquito purchase of this decade! I cannot recommend this any more highly. It's perfect!

Works, but was not as effective as Zevo
PROS: The fan is relatively quiet, easy to set up and use, and straightforward adhesive disk replacement. It works reasonably well in trapping little critters. CONS: I bought this along with a Zevo flying insect trap, installed both in the same room a few feet apart for comparison. While they both work, the Zevo unit is trapping far more insects, at least twice as many. And that’s without having any moving parts. I also find the Zevo unit to be easier for my old, arthritic hands to change out the trap refills.

It does work super well regardless of some ratings
I read the reviews of this product and viewed the photos posted. One stated after days they haven’t captured a single gnat or fruit fly. As soon as I received it I activated it by placing a sticky disc as instructed. You have to peel off an invisible film protecting the sticky side. The unit, with no exaggeration became populated with approximately 300 gnats…that makes me think she didn’t remove that membrane…granted no instructions come with it, but each disc has a “peel here” written small along a side of the edge. Great product if you have the ability to figure out these things, instructions or not. I love it and no longer have a houseful of irritation flying up my nose…

I wish I got this sooner
I’ve used the plug in stem product before really like it however for reason my cat was attracted to the light/glue trap would take it off the wall anyway I wanted to give this a try man it’s the best only two days I check the trap it work amazingly the light is bright to attract bugs even during the day the fan sound is not so loud I would describe it as white noise the only issue I had my box didn’t come with instructions but hey it works
