I've been very happy with NatureWise's vitamin B complex. It's super in every sense of the word. Really helps support cellular energy and mental clarity. I haven’t seen much improvement with these but that doesn’t mean they won’t work for someone else. Not very easy to swallow.

There are quite a few reasons why I love this product. Firstly, the blend of B2, B3, B6, B12, Biotin, B1, and the entire Vitamin B Complex really impressed me. The fact that it's Non-GMO and vegan is a big plus. What I appreciate the most is it supports mental clarity and cellular energy, which I definitely noticed. After doing research, I decided to buy this supplement. I'm glad I did - it's vegan, Non-GMO, and most importantly, it's gluten & dairy-free. Love the fact that it comes packed with Vitamin C, B2, B3, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Biotin B1, and Vitamin B Complex. It supports both mental clarity and cellular energy. An often overlooked supplement, but truly a must-have in your daily routine.

I think they're OK. MY pee turned fluorescent yellow...like it was extra B.But the taste lingers ALL day. Awful. Nope.
