Overall product quality and packaging I very good. Just one thing which is not mention clearly by the brand is that this omega 3 is in ethyl Esther form which is low in bio availability and poor comparing to triglyceride form.

My husband and I have been consuming this daily for more than a year now. We are very happy with the product and have put it up on our monthly Amazon subscription. There is no fishy burps after its consumption and also the levels of DHA & EPA are quite high compared to other brands.Value for money and delivery is always on time.Update as on 16th September 2025:The last 2 jars that I bought, have been giving fishy burps. And it is definitely not pleasant. I think it’s time to change the brand 😕☹️
