These actually taste good! I drink one in the car in the morning on the way to work. It's enough to be filling, and it doesn't leave an aftertaste that makes you want to drink water. They are better when cold, and they do help keep morning breakfast sugar hikes away.

Amazing product for a Diabetic.

I have used both the chocolate and the vanilla. I prefer the chocolate but the vanilla is good. These help with hunger pangs and with my sweet tooth.

These tast so good, I replace the for breakfast. But you can replace them for any meal,tast like a vanilla shake. Great for diabetics.

The product is great; if not a bit expensive. This item though, like jars of jam we order, Amazon just does not know how to ship. It seems 50% of the time it comes destroyed. The jam bottles are put loose in a box and bounce around against each other; breaking the glass. This Glucerna case is heavy and put inside a light-weight shipping box with no packing that then gets tossed around as well. By time the case comes, the interior box is destroyed and bottles are loose; sometimes crushed and opened. This last time, three were missing all together with no evidence the shipping box was opened or tampered with. (Presume it got repacked / boxed along the way.) It is considered a non-returnable item. And Amazon customer service is never available to contact for a refund or credit. Amazon needs to fix this.
