Installation was easy and straightforward. Instructions were clear. The water filter works well and has good water flow. The only issue I had was that the dispenser faucet developed rust around the tip in just two months of use. Contacted customer support directly via phone and a real person actually answered the call. Matt helped me through the process and sent another updated faucet immediately. Matt made sure everything turned out well. The replacement faucet is definitely better quality.

We are on a municipal water supply, and the chlorine odor and taste seemed to become much stronger in the past few weeks, so I decided it was time to install an under-counter water filter. The installation process was pretty simple and just about anyone who has installed a faucet should be able to intall this filter if they read and follow the directions. All of the necessary hardware was included, along with more than enough plastic tubing to make the needed connections. Only basic wrenches are needed to tap into the cold water line, like those that you would need to install any water line fitting. The tubing that connects the cold-water supply to the filter, and the filter to the spigot use pex-style fittings. The filter works quickly, filtering enough water for a pot of coffee in a few seconds. These are so much better than pitcher-style filters. The replacement cartridges are also very inexpensive, so I ordered an extra set to have on hand, and set up am Amazon subscription purchase for every 6 months, so when the new filter cartidges arrive I know it is about time to replace them. The difference in the taste and odor of out water was amazing! My wife thought our municipal water tasted ok, but after I installed this filter and she compared the filtered and unfiltered water, she was sure that I did something to the unfiltered water to make it taste worse than it did! I really like this item and have recommended it to family members.

I love this water system. It was easy to install and the replacement filters are affordable. The quality and taste of the water is excellent. I have had this system for over a year and it has been easy to maintain and keeps delivering consistent quality water and water pressure. I am also very impressed with the company and customer service. When I called to ask a question about a small leak, Sean answered the phone, I was stunned to get a person immediately. He answered all my questions and offered me a quick solution to my problem. He followed up with and email about our conversation and made sure that my problem was resolved. I was so impressed that I wish there were more people like Sean and more companies like Ispring out there. They definitely set a high standard on quality products and customer service!! That's rare in todays world!!

Affordable, easy to install.When I was searching for water filters .. initially I looked for RO systems .. I came to know that with the RO systems the water will become little acidic. Later I found this product and felt this is what I was looking for. Very easy to install. The first few days I saw many bubbles in the filtered water I was little scared to drink .I contacted the customer care and Mr John clearly explained me that the bubbles are very common when we use the new filter. Thank you John for your support

This was an easy install. I was tired of waiting for the water to be filter on my Brita when it was low so I made the purchase. The installation was pretty straight forward and simple to do. Quality feels solid and will last a while. I did have to drill into my sink but that was easy. Just make sure you connect the right outlet to get cold water instead of hot water. Whoops...lol. did the installation in about 30mins. Straightforward and easy to do. Came will everything you need to install it besides the tools. The filters are secured tightly under the sink and to my surprise, it didn't take up too much room. I live in an older house so I am concerned about the water pressure when adding this filter. To my surprise, it didn't change anything. It actually pretty quick to fill up glass of water. I reached out to Sean because during the installation, the red C-Clip jumped off and fell into a cevass. He immediately sent one out to replace it. Quick no questions asked. 5-start customer service. If anything changes I'll be sure to update it here but so far happy with the install and the clean water.

I bought this system to filter water for a plumbed Keurig K150P coffee maker. The one filter solution recommended by Keurig is not that good. The filter quality or capacity is nowhere near the level that iSpring offers. It takes 2 stages to get the Chlorine taste out of the water. This 3-Stage system is outstanding. The water taste great and there is zero waste like there is with an RO system. I believe this is one of the best water filtration systems on the market. The price is fair, the company has an excellent reputation, the filters are built well, and it comes with every piece and part needed to hook it up. Most systems require a few trips to Home Depot to figure out all of the parts, line sizes, etc. that is needed. This one comes with everything you need including a faucet! I personally did not use the faucet and plumbed directly to a coffee maker, but it is certainly nice that they provided one. I assume most will use this system for drinking water. It is also super easy to Tee one of the lines if you want to provide filtered water to more than one location (e.g. Ice Maker, Coffee maker). These 1/4" plastic T's work perfectly (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013ZX72ZE). The company ships more than enough feed line for most normal sized kitchens. If you need more it is easy to find 1/4" plastic ice maker line. They sell it everywhere. The only thing to keep in mind is this is not a small unit. It is big. It takes up a lot of space and it needs to be screwed to a wall/cabinet. It would not be a good idea to let it stand on its own. If it fell over it could cause problems with filtration. The advantage to the size, however, is it has room to hold quality filters. It does a great job cleaning the water. Our coffee tastes as good, or better, than most commercial shops. I am very, very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend iSpring. Their customer service is excellent as well. Email them any question you have and they respond quickly.

This system is not NSF certified. There is a database. You can look it up. The filters themselves are only certified to work in a reverse osmosis system as pre-filters. Reverse osmosis itself removes everything, so the pre-filters don't need to remove lead etc. These aren't certified to do anything on their own. I assume they do remove actual sediment and possibly improve flavor since there is apparently charcoal in them, but they aren't even certified even at that basic level. Even common pitcher filters have NSF certification. I would absolutely not trust these for water with suspected lead or other heavy metals, and certainly not for PFAS, medications or microbes. I'm returning the system unused. Wish I would have done this research first. We're inclined to believe the claims in product descriptions and think "they can't get away with outright lies, right? Yes they can. Update: I emailed i-Spring and the rep confirmed they aren't certified and that the description here is misleading

We have been using this filter for over a year. The water quality is excellent, it was easy to install, and replacement filters are simple to order and change.

Well made product and very easy to install. Particularly impressed with the quality of the filter housings. Once installed it took a few days for the water to completely clear, but I think that that was just down to the new filters. Water taste is great as is the flow rate. Only slight criticism is the small clip fittings for the pipe work, however I think that this is the same design on most new filter systems. Overall would highly recommend, especially at the price.
