So good/delicious!
Crunchy and delicious breakfast ... healthy beyond measure ... amazing with chopped up dates (stay away from refined sugar to sweeten it). Bon appetit!

So much better than the alternative brand!
These puffs actually hold up in granola bar recipes! They maintain a toasty crunch in a bowl of milk. I bought another brand for years. I was really missing it! These would be worth paying more for.

Good cereal
We have always liked puffed wheat and this product is great. Tastes good and very nutritious. The grains are larger and slightly denser than typical puffed wheat and seems to be be more filling. Twelve bags is a lot of cereal but it seems to store well in the bag with no stale taste noted. Price was also reasonable for the amount you get and good value. This product can also be used to make unique rice krispy type bars (GIS for recipes).

This is only 1 point for one cup on the Weight Watcher Freestyle Plan!
Topped with low fat milk, zero point fruit and/or some Sweet Leaf Stevia, this is a filling and yummy breakfast that keeps me going throughout the morning. Sure, I could have ordered Puffed Wheat but research shows that the Kamut, an ancient wheat grain, is healthier for you. Plus, it's organic! I recommend Arrowhead Mills Organic Puffed Kamut Cereal.

The perfect quick breakfast cereal
This is a nice cereal to have in the cupboard for quick breakfasts. It is simply puffed Kamut. No added junk like all the grocery store boxed cereal. And organic too. The puffs are a good size, much bigger than puffed rice. You could even eat them out of the bag as a snack if you don't mind just plain. I add sunflower seeds, raisins, cinnamon, and pure maple syrup with milk to my bowl of Kamut. Good stuff.

Package came undone during delivery. Some product crushed.
I am writing because I order this item often. The past 2 deliveries have had packaging issues. This time, the box (which was the manufacturer’s box since I had ordered 12 packages of product) was crushed and the bottom had come undone and the cardboard was flapping. It had literally come completely unglued. Miraculously, all the packages of cereal were still in the box somehow but a lot were crushed. For this reason, giving 4 stars although product is good.

Great for loosing weight.
Since joining weight watchers I have been eating puffed kamut with a banana or blueberries nearly every morning for breakfast for the past 10 months and have lost 25lbs. I have been at my goal weight for 6 months now. I love the nutty flavor and even snack on it dry at night. It’s only 50 calories a cup and when I add 8oz of unsweetened almond milk it is only a 2 point breakfast. I have turned all of my weight watchers ladies at my weekly meeting into it. I love the fact that it has no sugar and is a high protein grain. It’s cheaper for me to order in bulk of 12 bags than to buy it individually at Sprouts.

way to expensive for puffed air
paying $5 for a bag of puffed air is way to expensive. Although I love the product, it does not make sense to be so expensive, with all due respect it is just as expensive in grocery stores but i bought a bulk box of 12 bags of the product and it worked out to a few cents left that the store product
