Finally found protein powder that doesn't bloated me and taste good not supper sweet

I liked the smell and taste of the chocolate flavor. It was easy to mix this up. This seems like a higher quality protein because it mixes up very smooth and doesn't have a gritty mouthfeel like some of the cheaper protein I've used. The protein content is on par with the other protein I've used.

Dissolves easily and the drinking texture is good. Flavor is good also, but there is a bit of a bitter aftertaste, which I deducted a star for.

This protein checks all the boxes. 20+ grams of protein, low sugar, mixes well (doesn't clump), and has great flavor. Probably my favorite aspect is that the whey isolate can blend without using a blender ball in the bottle - means one less thing to clean. I also love that it comes in a relatively small container and still has 27 servings so I'm not storing a giant tub in my pantry. This is a great go to protein and is small enough that you could carry it in your gym bag without it taking up too much space.

I've been reviewing lots, and I mean -lots- of protein shake powders and pre-workout drink mixes as of late, so I fancy myself as something of a connoisseur at this point. This Gourmet Chocolate flavor from PEScience comes in at the top of the list of the dozen or so I've tried recently. The powder dissolves completely and adds a slight thickness to your water without turning it into a mush. There are no clumps or sandy residue left on the side of your cup. The texture is perfection, and the flavor is, too. Very chocolatey without being too sweet. Just perfect. Well done, PEScience.

If Willy Wonka opened a gym, this would be his post-workout shake. The chocolate flavour is rich and smooth — no weird chalky vibes, no clumpy betrayal mid-sip. It mixes like a dream in a shaker cup, and honestly? It makes you look forward to protein time. (Which is saying something, because most shakes taste like regret and old sneakers.) It’s lactose- and casein-free, which my stomach greatly appreciates, and it's lean enough to make a keto coach weep with joy. No bloat, no grit, no fake sweetener aftershock. Just clean, easy protein that doesn’t try to stage a mutiny on your gut. Is it pricey? Sure. But so is therapy — and this gives you strong biceps and emotional support in one scoop. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. My muscles say thank you, and so do my tastebuds.

I have to take a star off because it came not exactly opened but the whole package was covered in powder, which is unfortunate. As for the powder itself I actually prefer it to what I was drinking before. Ive had some muscle loss and im trying to stay on top of it, and my doctor strongly recommend taking extra protein. My previous one was vanilla flavored, a generally tasted fine but did have an odd underlying taste, but the worst issue was that it was an absolute nightmare to mix. It would just refuse to disolve sometimes no matter how or how much i mixed it, and it was really annoying. This powder is much easier to mix which i really love. The chocolate taste is also a stronger one than vanilla and helps mask the odd protein powder taste better. It tastes pretty good in general, i usually mix it with milk. I will say it is on the expensive side, even for protein powder. Its good quality though so i guess it depends on the individual wether you think its worth it. I definitely like it overall though.

Tasty and easy to mix! The chocolate flavour is pretty authentic and not cloying overly sweet, and the powder mixes easily using just a shaker cup which makes it convenient for mixing up on the go (at the gym, work, whatever). I've had powders before that clump badly, or make the liquid really thick or chalky, and that's not the case here. If you mix it with milk, you're getting a nice smooth chocolate milk kind of drink that has a lot of protein, and goes down easy. The price is high, but the product is really quality, and I definitely think it's worth the cost. Also doesn't leave any weird aftertastes for me, which is amazing!!! A really great, simple way to get more protein and it feels like a treat to have instead of a chore.
