No sticky feeling on your skin.
These are great. You can put the patch on anywhere and the warming heat does not soothe the area where it is placed. Furthermore, the patch is thin and very discreet.

On one hand it smells a lot, on the other it seems to work?
I was a bit put off by the label: there's some silly claim about infeared light that seems completely bunk, but I have used the balm before and liked it, so I figured I'd give them a go. I can see why some reviews are nwgative, particularly if, having felt no swift relief, they removed the patch. I expected a warm sensation but felt nothing after a few minutes, but I needed to get on with stuff and left them on my lower back. After a fair while I had a sensation more similar to applying Vicks, and my lower back was less painful, but it came about very gradually. Obviously this is no replacement for exercise and better posture, but I find those things easier to achieve if I take the edge off pain first. It worked really well for lumbar pain that had been stubborn for a while and after a while I felt a faint warmth (Vicks) in the whole region, not just the back. Maybe it's placebo but I started pretty disappointed so I'll take it anyway and now * can fo my pilates.

Too much!! Too strong and foul smelling.
Very strong smell and painful burning almost instantly. Bought them for pain relief, was expecting a plaster with Tiger Balm-type relief. This was too much. It does state to stop using this if one of the symptoms is red skin, so i will not be using them again.

Missing patches
Only received 3 packs of 8 (24) should have been 5 packs of 8 (40) Product is very good and stays on skin unlike all the heat patches I have tried in the past. Only disappointed because I was 16 patches short.

Bought these on numerous occasion for Mum who has a bad knee. Mum finds them ideal when she is out and about.

One of my favourite herb heat patches
These are one of my favourite Chinese herb heat patches . I've a herniated disc, sciatica on both sides, RA & muscle spasms all over the shop. It's hard to keep track of the right brand because many companies use this packaging but if you want good heat without ripping your skin off these patches are the way to go .

Really Worked!
Really worked. Be sure to remove in 24 hrs. I found when I wore them long than that it felt like it irritated my skin but it could also be that I have sensitive skin
