Incredible camera
Incredible underwater photos. My wife and I are scuba divers and on a trip to Cozumel Mexico this camera handled everything we needed it too

Not supported by their cloud service
Love the cam but insta 360 has an app that is a storage and sharing feature Rich I believe called 360plus but it does not support ace pro 2 They should make that real clear For those not looking to have your phone as the intermediary and want to just post from the cam or upload to a cloud this won’t allow you to do it without manually doing it by saving to phone and then uploading to another storage app Hope they get their 350plus app to work with the ace pro 2 soon Aside from that it’s a solid camera The only complaint is the pressure needed to press the button to snap a shot requires force which can sometimes kick camera of alignment They should soften the button a bit

Too AI plasticky look
The photos are unnatural and AI plasticky look. I would have preferred a more natural photo look, like the DJIs Action Pro. I compared side by side photos with the DJI's ... and I like the DJIs better for its more natural look photos. Overall design was good. Excellent voice recognition. Battery life is not as good as DJI's action pro. It was easy to use, and full of functionalities.

Solid camera
Item was great as expected. Also note that you should REMOVE the rubber lense protector to fit in the dive case. No info in manuals of this Amazon however told me they would discount it to price match after I received it. After receiving I got onto chat and was told I’d been told incorrect info. Item 10/10, Amazon 5/10

Carte SD difficile à insérer et caisson pas étanche
il est difficile d’insérer la carte mémoire. Il faut appuyer plusieurs fois pour qu’elle reste insérée au fond. Après seulement 4 plongées avec le caisson étanche à 60 mètres, de l’eau s’est infiltrée dans la caméra et elle ne fonctionne plus. Je précise que le caisson était bien fermé et le joint en place. Il doit y avoir un default sur le caisson car la fermeture ne semble pas serrer très fort. J’attends que le service clients me contacte. Le service client a réparé la caméra, remplacé la batterie, la carte SD et le boîtier étanche. Parfait

how bad the battery life is if you go with the best settings. it's not even a 360 degree camera insta360 is the brand name not what all there cameras do
