Ok, but overpriced in my opinion.
Item is okay, though after receiving it I think its overpriced.Also, judging by the condition of the box, the amount of tape on the box, and a faded appearance when the head rests in the middle of the headrest, I think it has been owned by someone before me.

Does just what it says - and it's comfortable
This fulfills it's purpose, and is quite comfortable. I was able to use it without applying the Velcro strip, a plus (although it does tend to move sideways sometimes - minor inconvenience.)The pockets on the back - useless - can't reach them from the chair! (and most recliners have a side pocket anyway)Be careful when you receive it - it states "no knife" - and they mean it! - improved packaging would have gotten 5 stars instead of 4.

Pillow works ok and fells ok.
Adjusted the fill and I'm using this pillow ok and its helpful, less neck pain.
