It works perfectly and is simple to operate. I have used several other name brand sealers. They didn't hold up and were cumbersome to operate. This one is just the opposite. It is compact and easy to use. One of my better purchases.

Broke the 2nd time I used it. Button stuck down so that it will not come on. Worked fine the 1st time I used it. Disappointed because it's past return window.UPDATE: Amazon customer Service is sending a replacement.

Had an issue with the unit. Customer service promptly responded to my inquiry and sent a new unit. Easy to use. Functions as well as higher priced units. Would recommend.

It works pretty good. You have to get practice to properly seal your items. It took me like 3 tries to get it right. I've had it 8 months.What I didn't like and why I put it as a 3 star is because it broke. For it to fully seal an item you have to clamp it down hard on both sides. It is difficult to gauge your strength and unfortunately the clamp broke off inside. It is plastic so I kinda figured it was a time clock to when it would break.I would definitely buy it again just not at the price I originally purchased it for.

Sadly, the device I received just didn't work. I couldn't get any sort of vacuum going, no matter how I cleaned or adjusted anything. The only thing my unit did manage to do was heat seal the bags that came with it. The seal was nice enough, but I wish that the vacuum function had worked at all. Specifically, it only sealed when using the seal function key. Using the heat and seal resulted in absolutely nothing happening at all.

I used this sealer with great success until I needed to push the stop button. It jammed down and would not release. This caused the whole unit to quit working.

I thought mine was faulty at first after using some other cheap ones... This thing works great, you just gotta really push the closing lid down. But love it, saving money by keeping my food fresh!

I had a little trouble at first getting the sealer to close tightly but after a few uses it loosened up and was very easy to use. Great suction on this item, great for saving space in your freezer and so far everything has stayed sealed, no leaks and meats seem to defrost a lot faster.
