Wow. I wish I could always pick something this tasty and useful the first try. Gorgeous filtered clean tallow. Best bread ever. Best fries like from years ago and a hand cream for hubby turned out amazing for his ugly feet and rough hands …the feet are already hydrated in 24 hrs and who knew … all this from that! I may need to be on their auto shop

This is my first time using beef tallow! It is amazing for cheesesteaks! I only used a tablespoon for two servings, and the sirloin and ribeye (chopped) came out so juicy but not greasy! The texture is smooth, like Ghee but after opening, it goes in the fridge! Odorless! Once my truffle seasoning comes in, I will add an update on recipes! I did use a teaspoon to sauté red Argentine shrimp! I was able to develop a crust on the shrimp (just Old Bay and Tallow) and they came out plump, and delicious! I know there are many uses for it, but I’ve only had it for five days - but I’m looking forward to developing layered flavors with it! I’m developing a recipe for stuffed crescent rolls, with crab filling. Totally worth the investment! I’m also looking forward to the searing capability with steaks.

Bought for a deep fryer . Sure makes some awesome fries . Is it better for you? I have no idea but the fries are pretty awesome

Great flavor, great product, great value……BUT….include in the pictures and/or description that it needs to be refrigerated after opening. I thought maybe it needed to be stored in a dark cool place, however after it arrived I learned it needed to be refrigerated, so now this big buckets taking up fridge space that I didn’t plan for. I would still buy this product, but smaller quantities had I know it needed to be refrigerated.

I ordered one. Some how when checking my order I ordered a second. I guess not sure how it happened so another one on the way. Tried to cancel it when I noticed and couldn't. After using Im glad I got 2. I will never be without this again. French fries are like my grandmother fried. Best tallow Ive used.

Even after months in the cabinet, product still looks and smells FRESH. No rancidity detected. Ample sized bucket for months of use. Taste is rather neutral, hard to even detect it. Bucket makes scooping & measuring easy, however, the lid secures tightly, so it is tougher to get into initially. Convenient bulk size, it’s an investment that will last for a good while.

I opened this yesterday to start to use and it was soupy something other brands do not do. It says to refrigerate after opening something Ive never had to do with other bulk tallow products. I was disappointed because I usually put some in a jar that I have with my other cooking oils out on the counter. Now I have to dig out hard clumps of tallow when I want to use it. The flavor and cleanliness is excellent and very low if any odor. I think this would be best used when mixing with body butters or something of that nature and not so much suited for cooking.

This item was totally different in color and quality the second time I ordered it, the color now is very yellow, and the texture is very weird!
