This is definitely not an extended barrel. It’s just a regular size. I have extended barrel from hot tools and this is way short to buy a couple inches. Also, it says that it’s professional. This is just the regular one. I do have a professional one and the states professional on the toilet itself so I don’t really buy it that it’s professional. It seems too flimsy.

After several years, had to replace my first Hot Tools curling iron. It’s the best for long lasting curls. Only complaint is the new temp adjustment button…sooo small! The old version was better. It was a dial, not a tiny button to press with tiny temp indicator. But for that, I would have rated a 5!
