I have purchased and used many concealers for my under eye darkness. Tarte Shape Tape is the best I have found. Nothing is going to cover them completely as mine are quite dark, but this works very well. Highly recommend!

I can never even image doing my makeup with out using this concealer.. its a game changer. I have sunken black eye bags and this is the only concealer that can cover that.. thats how you know.it good lol.. best way to apply would be to put concealer were u require and leave for a few minutes before blending. You get so much more coverage this way.
