Sydney White [DVD] [2007] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC]

I ordered this DVD from amazon's Indigo starfish. I absolutely love this film, great choice of cast especially Amanda Bynes as the lead (Sydney White). It is a funny and touching story, and a great modern update of the classic snow white. Ordered it from amazon, because I always have great service; the DVD arrived in perfect condition, just 2 days after ordering it.

I just bought this for a friend who is a big fan of Amanda Byrnes who is fantastic in this film. All of the 'dorks' portray their respectful 'dwalf' selves really well too. The play on the Snow White story is a nice touch. Had me laughing throughout as it's got some great lines and lots of funny moments!

It is about time i have come across a film with genuine innocent actors , jokes that don't make your parent's feel funny or make you feel uncomftable watching with your kids and actually has a storyline. If you want a hearty , funny , geeky , preppy , "clicky" (punk,geek,cheerleader) , down to earth family fun film this is it , obviasly it would be more ideal for the likes of a mother and daughter(s) or a group of girls at a teenager as i believe this is classed as a chick flick?. I won't say what it's about or how the story ends as the info is in the dvd description and the ending is jus the fun of it, all i can say is the acting was of an average standard that you diddn't have much of an inkling it is a film rather more watching a relative going through some funny up's and downs. To me this is just rambling , but hopefully the people out there that think like me should read this review just fine, enjoy the film it's good enough of a price!

I enjoy this film it's along time since i had seen it. Everything helps these days to keep me occupied. Again the dvd arrived fast.

A great sleepover dvd, it's a perfect rom-com and very cheesy. Well worth a watch with a mix of characters and it's nice to see that they're moving away from the norm.

I've always loved her films minus love wrecked. That film dragged. I saw this movie a couple of times and always knew I had to get it on DVD. Once this arrived I made my mum watch it and she enjoyed it too.i would recommend this movie to anyone who likes a good rom com and enjoys a modern fairytale adaption.

A really cute young teen chick flick type film about a girl who grows up with her dad and only seems to have male role models in her life. Then she attends the college/university that her mother used to attend as a young girl and she definitely isn't the typical girly sorority girl so gets kicked out of the same sorority her mother used to attend and ends up in a house of male misfits. There is of course a love interest thrown in and the great message seems to be it's not all that important to fit it, maybe you were born to stand out?

A lovely film with real heart. Wouldnt it be great if more people were like Sydney White. . . . . . . a down to earth girl who can see beyond looks alone. A lovely film with a great heart. Worth a watch.

I love Amanda Bynes and find her movies funny, and this one was no different.

Excelente historia y actuaciones. Es una trama más de hermandades de universidad pero maneja los valores y la integración y ayuda a los demás.

Purtroppo non avevo letto bene che è SOLO in inglese, non ci sono altre lingue...ho cercato il dvd in italiano ed ha dei prezzi inavvicinabili...che peccato...la mia bimba di 6 anni c'è rimasta male...pazienza. Non ho potuto rendere l 'articolo ovviamente xchè già aperto.
