Seems to be working well
With supplements it can be hard to say if they are working or not, unless you have labs done, which I will have in the near future. I feel nothing negative taking these, and I take supplements like these because of a car accident many years ago and a kidney was ruptured, so I now only have part of that kidney and I want to take care of it. I know the products in this are good products and good for the kidneys so I will continue to take them. They are not too large and go down pretty easily, I don't have pain so I cannot speak about that. I believe they are a quality product and decent value for money.

Stopped my overactive nighttime bladder
I was having to get up too often from sleep to go to the bathroom, and a family member suggested cranberry capsules. The mannose is just an extra, I suppose. It’s working. My bladder isn’t getting me up anymore every couple of hours - or thirty minutes, an hour, etc etc etc. I was miserable and so tired of that. I have a sleep disorder so an over active bladder only made things worse. This does the trick and it started working fast. I’m glad I got it on auto ship. There’s no smell or taste, it’s just a capsule that does what I need. If you have a nighttime overactive bladder, give this a try. Also, it has probiotics which is great, so everything I need/want are in these capsules!

Amazing
I have been taking these for about five days, I had been having recurring UTI or UTI symptoms off and on for months. Hit menopause and it has really messed with my urinary tract. These are amazing after two days of taking I have no symptoms. I will definitely be purchasing again.
