Muscle toner abdominal
Great, work well, easy to use, feels well made, light weight, used it for 4 days now and can already feel a difference. Great value for money, I would highly recommend this product

No miracle multi pack of Abs gained from using this. Probably would work as part of real exercise

Probably the worst product i have ever purchased. The "stimulation" was non exsistent im assuming its a toy product as it simply didnt work. I fully charged it on receipt and tried didnt work, plugged them back in and still the same. Actually useless. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Didn't really have great expectations for the price but thought I'd try this EMS out. All good but use frequently. My arms have definitely toned and lost some fat. Would recommend in addition to exercise not on its own for possibly slightly quicker results. Possibly.

Benefit for reduced core strength
I bought this to aid with my core strength. I am disabled and have difficulty raising my body, I have been using this product for a week and have noticed some benefits. The item seems durable and easy to use.

Not for building but massage and recover yes
I don't think it's to build muscle but I'm going to use it to recover my muscles. I tried all settings. And lower setting was the best felt like I was getting a massage.
