Hygiplas Cooks Knife Green - 6 1/4"

Going camping? Don't want to take your expensive chef's knife with you when you're doing a bit of outdoor cooking? Hygiplas have got your back. I bought a couple of these in various sizes to use when doing outdoor BBQing and camping, as it didn't feel quite right lugging expensive and potentially easy to damage knives with me out into the countryside. They come decently sharp out of the box and have a decent balance in the hand (if a little light). The moulded plastic handle takes a little getting used to, but once you get used to it, you'll be chopping, slicing, deboning and filleting without a second thought! Great for outdoor use, pretty durable (they go in the dishwasher, unlike fancy knives) and can be sharpened with a steel. Great value for money, just wish the blade was a little thicker.
