Granny Tested-Failed
Returned, not for Granny, was not very comfortable in ear and difficult to operate.

Didn't work as described
Charged the unit for over 24 hours however the unit did not work as described. The left ear unit turned on for 2 minutes and then quit working. The right ear unit has continues howling that I could not turn off. I have to return this item for refund.

Do not recommend.
I found this to not be up to product statements by seller. It fits well. No evidence of falling out of my ear with any movement. It picks up background noise, making it harder to hear the sounds I want to hear. I was listening to a movie on my laptop while sucking on mints. This device picked up that noise. This also does not filter out background noise, making it louder than conversations nearer to me. Plus, the lowest letting on volume is, IMHO, too loud.
